1. Spiral sand washing machine (kaolin)
It is generally inclined when installing a spiral sand washing machine. When it is working, the screw starts to rotate under the action of the electric motor. The sand and gravel enter the cleaning tank from the feeding port, flip and collide with each other under the drive of the screw, and then exit the impurities on the surface of the sand and gravel, breaking the water vapor layer that covers the sand particles to facilitate dehydration. Under the drive of the screw and the action of its gravity, the sand and gravel move from high to low, clean sand and gravel enter the discharge chute through rotation, completing the cleaning function of the sand and gravel. It is suitable for cleaning, desilting, and grading various types of sand mines, such as sand and gravel yards, concrete sand making, dry powder mortar, machine-made sand, power plant desulfurization, quartz sand, etc.
Purpose: Clean raw ore materials.
Process: Put the kaolin into the sand washing machine, which will arrange at a 15 ° angle. The lower part of the water tank is surrounded by three pieces of-sided weir plates to form a sedimentation tank. The spiral head will submerge in the sedimentation tank, and the spiral driven by an electric motor through a reducer to rotate continuously. The cleaning water feeds into the porous plate at the bottom of the sedimentation tank. By utilizing the principle that solid particles of different sizes and densities have different settling velocities in liquids, fine ore flows out from the overflow, and coarse ore settles at the bottom of the tank. Pushing the screw upwards and discharging it for grading the material, then rotating it into the feed port of the ball mill using a spiral blade, and the filtered fine material will discharge from the overflow pipe. This equipment has three functions: cleaning, dehydration, and grading.
2. Hydrocyclone (kaolin)
Hydrocyclone is a separation and classification equipment, that utilizes the principle of centrifugal sedimentation to separate minerals. There is a particle size difference between coarse and fine particles subjected to different degrees of centrifugal force, centripetal buoyancy, and fluid drag. Under the action of centrifugal sedimentation, most of the coarse particles are discharged through the bottom flow port of the hydrocyclone, while most of the fine particles discharge through the overflow pipe, achieving the purpose of separation and classification. The advantages of simple structure, small footprint, convenient installation and operation, and low operating cost, it has wide application in many fields. 3. Slurry magnetic separator (kaolin)

Purpose: To separate magnetic minerals on graded kaolin.
Experimental process: Put the graded fine material into a slurry magnetic separator to separate the magnetic substances in the kaolin powder material. 5. Classifier (silica sand)
Classifiers are widely used in ore dressing plants to form a closed circuit circulation with ball mills to separate ore sand, or in gravity ore dressing plants to classify ore sand and fine mud, as well as in metal ore dressing processes to classify pulp particle size, and in ore washing operations such as desliming and dehydration. 6. Laboratory flotation machine: (silica sand)

Process: Pour the slurry into the tank and dilute it with water to the desired slurry concentration. After reaching the specified flotation time, turn off the motor to stop the impeller and scraper from running.
7. High gradient magnetic separator (silica sand)
High gradient magnetic separator equipment is suitable for separating weak magnetic minerals, such as hematite, limonite, siderite, ilmenite, chromite, wolframite, tantalum niobium ore, red mud, etc. Iron removal and purification of non-metallic minerals, like quartz, feldspar, nepheline, fluorite, sillimanite, spodumene, kaolin, etc. The high gradient magnetic separator is suitable for wet magnetic separation of magnetite, pyrrhotite, calcined ore, ilmenite, and other materials with a particle size smaller than 3mm. The magnetic particles in the slurry are adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic medium rod, transported by a rotating ring to the top nonmagnetic field area, and washed into the concentrate hopper by flushing water. Nonmagnetic particles pass through the magnetic medium pile under the gravity and pulsating fluid force and separate from the magnetic particles, then flow into the tailings hopper along the gap of the lower iron yoke for discharge.
