Description
The flotation pilot plant is a complete small mini flotation unit, ideal for in-house pilot testing in mining projects. The layout of the unit is designed for single metal flow (each additional metal requires the purchase of a separate section) and has flexible operating settings.

Principle
The total weight of the unit is 160 kg and includes the following components:
20 liter flotation feed conditioning box for storing mill product.
8 rougher/scavenger flotation cells, each with a capacity of 1 liter.
5 liter conditioning and mixing box.
4 first stage cleaning cells, each with a capacity of 0.75 liter.
5 liter conditioning container.
2 second stage cleaning cells, each with a capacity of 0.5 liter.
Micro-dosage pump and concentrate/slurry flow pump.
Under assumed flotation density of 35% and 2.8 specific gravity test ore feed conditions, the equipment provides approximately 25 minutes of conditioning time and 15 minutes of rougher flotation time, operating at a rate of 13 kg per hour (200 g per minute).
